When does a request lead to an invoice?

  • If we do not have to intervene on one of your questionnaires, as the answer we provide allows you to resolve the situation directly, you can close the ticket (and thank us). This will not result in billing.
  • If we intervene directly on one of your instances: this will lead to a billing of one ticket (minimum), unless otherwise stated.
  • If a first answer does not resolve the situation: we ask for your agreement to open a ticket and therefore involve invoicing one ticket (minimum).
